1. Send this form with payment to MSPS.

2. Email the ad to annaw@ewald.com. Advertisers must provide logo in either a .gif file or a .jpg file electronic format. The dimensions are 160(w) x 120(h) pixels for the ad. Make sure the files are optimized for the Internet at 72 DPI and are 100 KB or smaller. If you need design help, contact the MSPS Office at (651) 203-7256.
